Turkey Sausage Cooked in Apple, Raisin, and Wine Sauce

Directions
1. Sauté the turkey sausages in olive oil. Once cooked, remove and place on plate. In same pan, sauté onions and apples until onions brown and apples soften. 2. Return sausages to pan. Add wine and raisins. Bring mixture to light boil.
