Directions

Brush the first sheet of filo pastry with Lemon Olive Oil and layer the second sheet on top. Place fish on filo pastry about 5 cm from edge and top with 1/2 tsp ginger and 1 tbl spring onion. Fold the fish in the filo to make a neat parcel. Brush parcel with Lemon Olive Oil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.4 fillet white fish
