Directions
Heat the salsa in a large saucepan over med heat, stir frequently for 5 min. stir in beans and broth, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 min. cool slightly then spoon half of soup in food processor and puree. Return to saucepan and heat thoroughly. Serve with sour cream.1c fresh tomato salsa 2 15 ½ oz black beans (drained/rinsed) 2c chicken broth Sour cream 1 lime Sherry
