Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan. Arrange broccoli on the bottom layer w/ chicken on top. Mix soup, lemon, mayo, curry, and cheese. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle crackers over top. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice.Chopped broccoli (2 bunches steamed/2 bags frozen)

3-4 chicken breasts, chopped

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 c mayo

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs curry

1 c sharp cheddar cheese

Ritz crackers, crushed (or fried French onion)

2 c cooked rice
