Directions

2 egg whites

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 2 tsp. water

1/8 Tbl. cream of tartar

•PREPARATION:

Whisk the above ingredients in a double boiler [simmer only]. Whisk until the mixture 3 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees. Then whisk for 3 minutes more. Then with a mixer, beat the mixture until it is cool and very thick.

ADD:

• 1/3 cup whipping cream

• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat the above ingredients until it peaks and fold in the egg white mixture

ADD:

• Fold in 2/3 cup sour cream and refrigerate

1/3 cup whipping cream

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Fold in 2/3 cup sour cream
