Curried Sweet Potato Lentil and Chicken soup

Directions
In 3 quart saucepan, heat sweet potatoes, onion, apple juice and water to boiling over med-high heat. Reduce heat to med-low. Cover, cook 5 min.
Stir in soup, beans, chicken, and curry powder. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to med-low. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 min, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.

- 2 to 3 tsp curry powder
