Garden Vegetable Egg Breakfast Pizza

Directions
Spray a 2-cup glass measuring cup with cooking spray. Add Egg Beaters; cover. Microwave on High 1 minute; stir with a fork. Microwave an additional 45 seconds, or until center is set. Toss with a fork until broken into bite-size pieces.
Top each pita round evenly with spinach leaves, Egg Beaters, ham, red onion and cheese.
Place each breakfast pizza on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on High 45 seconds, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

4 whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
1 cup baby spinach leaves
4 slices thin sliced honey ham, cut into strips (from a 10-oz tub)

1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1/4 cup = 1 oz)
