preheat oven 350 degrees. wrap tortillas in foil an heat in oven. meanwhile, coat 12" skillet w/ spray. heat over medhigh. add pineapple slices. cook 4-6 min, until brown, turning once. remove. cut chicken into strips and toss w/ peppers, jerk seasoning, and pepper. heat oil in skillet. add chicken and peppers. cook and stir over med-high 4-6 min until chicken is cooked. core and chop pineapple. serve w/ chicken, tortillas, cilantro and lime.8 6-in flour tortillas 4 1-in sliced peeled fresh pineapple, about 1/2 pineapple 1 lb chicken 2 small red/orange sweet peppers, seeded, cut into strips 2 tsp jamacian jerk seasoning 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tbs cooking oil cilantro and lime wedges (optional)
