Alaska Salmon Patties Or Loaf Recipe

Salmon patties: Drain salmon, reserving 2T liquid; flake. Combine all ingredients including the 2T of liquid. Shape into 8 1-inch thick patties. Pan-fry on both sides in 2T or butter til brown.
Salmon loaf: Drain salmon, reserving 2T liquid; flake. Combine all ingredients including the 2T of liquid. Place in a well-greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/4 x 2-1/2in loaf pan or shape into loaf on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
