Baked Eggs with Cream and Cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Butter four-10 ounce ramekins and break 2 eggs into each one. If using smaller ramekins use one egg in each. Cover each portion with ¼ cup of cheese and ¼ cup warm cream, and season with salt and pepper. 3. Place the ramekins in a roasting pan filled with enough water to come half way up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown. Serve immediately. Add a side of sausage for a satisfying breakfast or even salt and peppered sliced tomato.
