Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice. Slowly whisk in oil until dressing has slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Add endive, radicchio and lettuce. Toss lightly to coat. This pretty salad makes a great main dish by adding a protein adding chicken or shrimp.
