Directions

1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Rinse fish;pat dry with paper towels. Lightly coat shallow baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.

2. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, ginger, salt, and cayenne pepper. place fish on waxed paper. Brush tops and sidses of fish with melted butter; coat wtih crumb mixture.
