Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. COOK beef and oregano in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. ADD picante sauce, tomato sauce and corn. Heat through. Stir in cheese. Pour into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. MIX corn muffin mix according to pkg. directions. Spread over beef mixture. BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 10 min.
