Directions

STIR soup in bowl until smooth. Add cream, egg yolks, sugar, lemon zest and rum extract and mix well. Stir in noodles, raisins and almonds. BEAT egg whites in bowl until soft peaks form, using electric mixer at high speed. Gently fold into noodle mixture. Spoon into greased 2-qt. shallow baking dish. BAKE at 350�F. for 40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
