boil water then add quinea, simmer for 15 minutes
combine cooked grain w/ all ingredients and enjoy!

- 1/4 - 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 tbs honey
- 2-3 green onions
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 2 c grapes, cut in half
- 1 c chopped almonds
- 1 tbs gratged ginger
- juiced of a lemon
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken (optional)
