Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cut each potatoes lengthwise in to six wedges. In a large bowl, add oil and coat until wedges are evenly coated. In a small bowl, combine parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes and mix until wedges are well coated. Spread potatoes on a greased baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
