Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. 2. Place chicken in broiler pan and brush each side with the olive oil mixture. Broil chicken about 4 inches from heat for about 10 minutes or until meat is tender and no longer pink, turning once. Cool chicken slightly then coarsely chop. 3. Make the hummus: Combine all hummus ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Hummus ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
