    preheat broiler. lightly grease baking sheet. cut polenta into 12 slices. place plenta and zucchini on baking sheet. bruh w/ EVOO, salt and pepper. broil 4-5 inches from heat for 8-10 min until polenta is lightly browned and zuccini is crisp tender, turning once. in large skillet, cook sausage over med-high heat until brown. drain any fat. add mushrooms, tomoatoes, and seasoning. cook for 5 min until meat is fully cooked. slice zucchini crosswise. spoon sausage mixture and zucchini over plenta. sprinkle with cheese.1 16oz tube polenta w/ sun dried tomatoes 2 med zucchini, halved lengthwise 1 tbs EVOO 1 lb Italian sausage 1 8oz pkg sliced mushrooms 1 c grape tomatoes 1 tsp dried italian seasoning, crushed
