Servings: 4 DirectionsCombine bake mix, salt and pepper on a plate. Dredge fish into mixture, tapping to remove any excess.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Wipe skillet and add remaining tablespoon of oil. Saute green onions until softened, about 3 minutes. Add ginger, garlic and chili paste and saute an additional minute. Add soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar substitute and water to skillet.
