Servings: Not specified DirectionsPreheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Soak chicken in ice water 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place yogurt in shallow dish; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, flour, Old Bay Seasoning, garlic powder and Creole seasoning in large resealable plastic bag; set aside. Drain chicken. Add, one piece at a time, to yogurt, turning over to evenly coat both sides. Place in bag with bread crumb mixture; close bag. Shake until chicken is evenly coated on all sides. Place chicken, in single layer, on prepared pan; repeat with remaining chicken pieces. Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear, turning every 15 minutes.
