Servings: Not specified DirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove pastry sheets from package. Working with one sheet at a time, roll out slightly, and cut each into 9 smaller squares. Brush squares with egg wash, and drizzle each with a little honey mustard sauce. Toss diced JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Homestyle Honey Cured Turkey Breast with walnuts, and then put about 1 teaspoon turkey mixture in the center of each pastry square. Top with a piece of Brie cheese, and fold pastry over diagonally to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Then pinch together the two corners on the folded edge of the pastry, and place the tortellini-shape on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F degrees for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with more honey mustard sauce, if desired.
