Add the shrimp, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, and stir-fry until the shrimp are pink and just cooked through, for 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately. A quick and easy stir-fry is a perfect weekday supper. In this recipe you can substitute an equal amount of sliced chicken breast for the shrimp.
