    cook bacon according to package directions. with slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. chop. whisk in a bowl mayo, milk, and garlic to form dressing. set aside. in a large bowl, toss salad greens, chopped tomato, cucumber, cheese, and bacon. drizzle with dressing; toss lightly to coat. add croutons.
