    1. in a small bowl, combine garlic, pepper, and salt. sprinkle garlic mixture evenly over steak; press in w/ your fingers. place the asparagus in a shallow dish; drizzle w/ oil. 2. for sauce: in med skillet, stir together beef broth and wine. cook over high heat for 4-5 min or until reduced to 1/4 c. wish in mustard; keep warm. 3. preheat an indoor electric grill on high setting. place steak on the grill rack. if using a covered grill, close lid. if space allows, add the asparagus to grill pan (2-3 min for covered grill; 4-5 for uncovered grill). cook asparagus until just crisp-tender.
