(add more oil as necessary during cooking) remove turkey from skillet. 3. add mushrooms, onion, thyme, and the remaining 1/4 tsp salt to the skillet. cook and stir for 4 to 5 min or until mushrooms and onion are tender. in a small bowl, stir together broth, wine, and cornstarch; carefully stir into mixture in skillet. cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. cook and stir for 2 min more.
